Anabolic Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced into cubes
- paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder
- 8 ounces cooked White rice
- 150 grams frozen mix veg
- any other vegetables you might want
- 3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. oil of choice
Instructions
- Mix the cubed up chicken with all the dry spices
- In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the cooking vessel
- Add frozen peas and carrots. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked rice to the pan, and stir to combine. Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture, and stir again to evenly distribute.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, and then add the chicken stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through and well combined.
If you want to increase protein
You can also scramble an egg in with the vegetables and mix it into the rest of the fried rice.
